Retail Product Explainer Video

For a prominent South African retail giant, I developed a product explainer video aimed at helping staff understand the delivery process through their app. The video featured simple illustrations and relatable characters, woven into an engaging storyline and captivating visuals.

The result was an overall impactful and engaging video that effectively communicated ease of use and a hassle-free experience, contributing to happier customers. My responsibility was to ensure the final product was both informative and visually appealing.
