This was a cool concept where you could just invest in a share of a house and earn the rental profits without the hassle of an homeloan. For such a brilliant concept, the animation had to be cool too. I enjoyed working on this simple project while heading the animation part due to its elegant design full of smooth strokes (which are always fun to animate) and the colours, which are my favourite too.
